Ph.D. at Rome University “La Sapienza” on Economic and Business Law – Curriculum Taxation Law with scholarship (year 2013). Thesis titled “Formal and proceeding violations and consequences on administrative acts’ effects in evolving tax law”. Assistant to the Tax Law Professor at University “La Sapienza”of Rome.

Areas of expertise

Taxation law: legal advice, trial and pre-trial interactions with tax autorithies with respect to each phase of implementation and levy of every type of tax, including management of issues related to financial market and International taxation. Specif competence in the area of defensive strategies in case of disputes about abuse of the law or tax avoidance. Author of several publications on various subjects about Taxation Law.

Renawable energies laws: administrative procedures and incentive mechanisms (fiscal and not fiscal). Author of the book “Renewable energies laws”, published by the Italian Association of environmental protection.
