Graduated in Law in February 2019, with full marks, from Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna with a thesis entitled “In-house companies, joint ventures, and associated companies in the New Code of Public Contracts, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016”, supervised by Professor Avv. Giuseppe Caia

Admitted to the legal profession in September 2021 at the Court of Appeal of Florence, winning the “Giannetto Guarducci” award for obtaining the highest score among candidates from Prato during the 2020 qualification examination session.

He is the author of publications on public contracts, cultural assets, and relationships between non-profit entities and public administrations.

Started collaborating with the Law Firm in April 2019.

Public Contracts Law

with particular focus on providing assistance in public tender participation, subsequent extrajudicial and judicial assistance following the award phase, and issues related to the execution phase of public contracts.

Urban Planning and Building Law

with particular reference to extrajudicial consultancy and judicial assistance concerning building permits, administrative sanctions, and building regularization.

Non-proft Law

Regularly assisting non-profit entities and supporting their daily activities, particularly in contractual matters and accessing public funding, as well as in relationships with public administrations for co-programming and co-designing activities.

Civil Law

with particular focus on extrajudicial and judicial assistance in contractual matters, especially related to private construction contracts and subcontracting, and extrajudicial and judicial protection of personality rights against defamatory cases.
