Profile

Graduated in criminal law at the University of Florence. He practiced as a trainee lawyer at the State Bar in Florence, later collaborating with a well-known Florentine firm specializing in administrative and constitutional law.

Enrolled in the Bar of Florence since 2016, he has been collaborating with the Firm since 2018.

Since 2016, he has also been a member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 of a Social Cooperative operating throughout the Tuscan territory.

with specific reference to sanctioning procedures in building matters, consultancy and assistance in general and detailed urban planning, drafting of urban planning agreements for the implementation of implementation plans, subdivision plans, recovery plans and subsidised housing interventions; urbanisation charges and operations with offsetting interventions; expropriation proceedings and procedures for objecting to appraisals.

Public Property Law

with particular reference to proceedings concerning concessions of assets, state-owned concessions and mining concessions and authorizations; common uses.

Public Water Law

with particular reference to proceedings concerning the management and use of public waters; construction and maintenance of hydraulic works; disputes assigned to the special jurisdiction of the Regional Public Water Courts (TRAP).

Enviromental Law

with particular reference to VAS, EIA, SUA, and IPPC proceedings, as well as the issuance of environmental compatibility assessments for extractive activities in quarries and other mineral deposits
