Profile

Graduated in 2004 in Commercial Law from the University of Florence, with full marks and honors.

He has been enrolled in the Florence Bar since September 2007.

He collaborated with the firm of Prof. Avv. Francesco Corsi (2004 – 2007) and with the Litigation & Arbitration department of the Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners firm (2008 – 2010).

He has been collaborating with the Firm since June 2010, and has been a partner since 2014.

Qualified to stand before the Higher Courts.

Specialized in corporate, commercial and banking litigation, he has sponsored numerous companies and other operators in disputes and urgent procedures before ordinary courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

He regularly assists the insolvency proceedings bodies in all phases of bankruptcy litigation, with particular reference to relations with credit institutions and liability actions against management and control bodies.

He assists numerous companies, operating both in Italy and abroad in multiple sectors (logistics, sports, renewable energy, construction, textiles, luxury, etc.), for which he provides ongoing consultancy, with reference to both ordinary management, and that in the pathological phase, also dealing with risk containment through the implementation of 231 models.

He is a consultant to credit institutions and other financial operators in the management and evaluation of problematic loan packages.

He assists private individuals in planning asset protection and succession paths in the company.

He has been a speaker at conferences on the safeguarding of assets and the generational handover of the company.
