Graduated in Law, with full marks and honors, at the University of Florence.

She is a member of the Bar since 2014 and a partner of the Firm since 2018.

She assists – both in out-of-court and judicial matters – corporations, operating mainly in the market of consumer sales, in the real estate sector, in the energy sector, and dealing in the new technologies sector.

She is the author of publications on commercial, corporate and procedural law.

Commercial and Corporate Law

with particular reference to issues concerning joint-stock companies (Spa) and limited liability companies (Srl), such as introduction or resistance to actions of liability of corporate bodies, disputes among shareholders and/or between them and the company.

Consumer Law and Antitrust Law

with particular reference to providing assistance to companies operating in so-called “mass-markets”, both regarding compliance of business processes and contractual matters, as well as in representing them before independent authorities.

Contractual Law

with particular reference, in the extrajudicial context, to drafting general terms and conditions for the sale of goods and services, contracts for works, sale of corporate interests, franchising, and agency agreements; in the judicial context, to the field of contractual liability.

Insolvency Law

with particular reference to drafting petitions for admission to the preventive arrangement procedure, as well as providing subsequent assistance throughout the procedure, including the drafting of recovery plans and related agreements.

Energy Law

with a particular focus on the sectors of gas and electricity sales.
